Update: Covid-19 and Dover Foodbank

We are reviewing our work on a daily basis so the following statement may change:

Dover Foodbank is currently operating a modified service model.  All our food distribution sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays are now CLOSED and we are operating a home delivery service instead.  Vouchers continue to be required in order to access the support we can offer and can be obtained, subject to assessment, from most of our usual referral organisation.  Some of the organisations issuing vouchers are continuing to operate in their usual way but many will need you to contact them by ‘phone initially rather than having walk-in access, please check our “Get Help – Foodbank Vouchers” webpage which we are trying to keep as up to date as possible although we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies.

If you have a red paper voucher issued by any of the Dover Foodbank voucher organisations (agencies) then please contact the foodbank on 17870 361180 for information about how to arrange for a food delivery; when ‘phoning us you will need to give us some information from  your voucher.

If you have contacted an agency by ‘phone and  they have told you they are issuing you with a voucher the agency itself will forward your information to us and we will contact you prior to delivery

Our normal service model will be resumed when we are able, in the meantime we thank you for your understanding and patience.
